We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or any account credentials. No registration is required to use FashlogicAI.
Images — dress and portrait images you upload are transmitted to third-party AI services for processing. The AI service returns analysis results or a generated image. Your original image is then discarded from our servers. We do not view, store, or review your images.
Search queries — text you type into the search box is passed to Google Custom Search to retrieve product results. We do not store search history.
Session data — your session token tracks how many AI operations you have used in the current session to prevent abuse. This data lives in server memory and is automatically deleted when your session expires (default: 60 minutes of inactivity).
Affiliate clicks — when you click a product link, the destination URL is annotated with an affiliate tracking parameter and the click is counted toward your session unlock quota. This is recorded in session memory only and is not persisted beyond your session.
We do not use any of your data for advertising targeting, user profiling, model training, or sale to third parties.
FashlogicAI is powered by multiple AI providers. The specific providers active at any time are disclosed in the footer of the main application and may be updated as we improve our services. When you use AI features, your data is transmitted to these services.
Google Gemini (Google LLC)
May be used for dress image analysis and virtual try-on image generation. Your dress and portrait images may be transmitted to Google's servers. Google does not use API data to train its models by default.
Claude by Anthropic (Anthropic PBC)
May be used to generate personalised style recommendations. Only text descriptions (not images) are sent to Anthropic. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
ChatGPT / DALL-E by OpenAI (OpenAI LLC) — when enabled
May be used as an alternative AI provider when enabled. OpenAI does not use API data to train models by default.
The specific AI providers active on the platform at any given time are listed in the compliance footer on the main page and may change as we update our services. None of the above providers are permitted to use your data to train their models when accessed via API.
Google Custom Search API
Powers product search results. Your search queries are sent to Google. Results are displayed with mandatory "Search powered by Google" attribution as required by Google's Terms of Service.
Google AdSense (when enabled)
FashlogicAI may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Google Fonts
This website uses typefaces served by Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google's font servers on page load.
No persistent image storage. Images you upload are held in server memory only for the duration of the API call (typically 2–10 seconds). They are not written to disk, not stored in a database, and not retained after the response is returned to your browser.
No image logging. Server access logs record only the endpoint called, not the image content or any image metadata.
Transmission security. All data between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS). All data between our servers and AI providers is encrypted in transit.
Session expiry. Sessions expire automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity. All session-associated data is deleted at expiry.
FashlogicAI uses a session token stored in JavaScript memory (not in a cookie file, not in localStorage). This token identifies your session for usage limit tracking, is never tied to any personal information, expires after 60 minutes, and is deleted when your browser tab closes.
If Google AdSense is active, Google may set advertising cookies on your device subject to Google's cookie policy. You can manage these via Google Ad Settings.
We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any other persistent tracking technology.

FashlogicAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
