Virtual try-on images may be downloaded for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use of AI-generated images is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.
You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to transmit that image to our AI providers solely for processing your request. This licence terminates immediately upon completion of the API call.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAN Deep Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, any purchase made based on AI recommendations, or actions of third-party AI providers or retailers.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000, being the maximum consideration exchanged given the Service is provided free of charge.
To ensure fair access and manage operating costs, FashlogicAI applies per-session limits: dress analyses have a soft limit (you may continue with a warning); virtual try-on images have a hard limit per session (additional images can be unlocked by visiting product links); product search is always unlimited.
Attempting to systematically circumvent these limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in your IP address being blocked. A daily spend cap may temporarily suspend all AI features if our daily operating budget is exceeded — product search continues to function normally in this case.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect abuse. Since no account is required, termination takes the form of blocking your IP address or session token. Contact us if you believe your access has been incorrectly blocked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
